mY APPROACH…

Every person has a story and that story shapes who you are today. In our work together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity, compassion, and care. My goal is to build a strong, trusting partnership where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

As we deepen your self-understanding, we’ll gently identify what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll develop practical skills to help you stay present, navigate challenges with greater ease, and create lasting habits that support the life you want to live.

The DBT Approach…

I am a member of the DBT and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) gold standard consult team with DBT Eastside in Bellevue. The therapy I provide is informed by RO-DBT and DBT even if clients do not opt for a Gold Standard approach. The Gold Standard approach includes weekly skills classes, individual sessions, diary cards, and coaching calls. RO- DBT helps individuals coping with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and treatment-resistant depression. While Standard DBT helps individuals coping with strong emotions, impulse control, and relationship challenges.
