The DBT Approach…
I am a member of the DBT and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) gold standard consult team with DBT Eastside in Bellevue. The therapy I provide is informed by RO-DBT, DBT and CBT. You will have the option for informed therapy or the Gold Standard approach. The Gold Standard approach includes weekly skills classes, individual sessions, diary cards, and coaching calls. RO- DBT+ DBT help individuals coping with stress, anxiety, and depression. It’s even been shown to help with ADHD, OCD, disordered eating, perfectionism and people-pleasing. While Standard DBT helps individuals coping with strong emotions, impulse control, and relationship challenges. I also incorporate pieces of CBT. Therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual client and their unique needs.eating disorders, and treatment-resistant depression.
