Hi, I’m Lisa T. (she/her).
Let’s get to know each other.
I am a born and raised South Seattlelite. I have two kids with my husband and two miniature dachshunds. I like to get out and explore the city, cook and bake, and spend time with my friends and family. I consider myself a down to earth person, who loves a good joke.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges through connection, curiosity, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I specialize in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), a powerful approach designed to support individuals struggling with over-control. This includes , anxiety, depression, and stress. It’s even been shown to help with ADHD, OCD, disordered eating, perfectionism and people-pleasing. I also incorporate Standard DBT and pieces of CBT. The therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual client and their unique needs.
I work with teens, adults, and families, and I believe that therapy works best when it’s a collaboration. Together, we’ll explore not only the challenges you’re facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals. My relational approach means that I value authenticity, trust, and creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about what growth might look like, I’m here to walk alongside you, challenge you when appropriate, and help you grow into the person you want to be. Let’s work together to create meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.
